During the CAS campus the students will also be expected to undertake such action as benefits the community, for instance developing a play ground for a school, developing a garden for the children. Service: Gandhiji once said “I am endeavouring to see God through service to humanity for I know that God is neither in heaven nor below but in every one.” The service aspect is the most significant one. Service projects help the in moulding and nurturing a global citizen. Service involves interaction and building links between the individual and groups in the community. The service projects help to nurture and mould global citizen. Service activities involve being an Environment worker fund raiser for a good cause.
The service aspect of the programme will be implemented in collaboration with Choithram Fountain which is a non-profit organization working for the benefit of the needy and bringing about a change in their life.
For service the students can undertake the activities of -
Retirement and Elder Care
Care for Destitute children.
Teaching English language to Destitute.
Teaching the school maids.
